“The coaching I received from Kris has really helped me find a purpose that aligns with who I am as a person.”
Richard J. — Coaching ClientThese are unedited words from people who have worked with Kris. No polish, no marketing — just honest accounts of their experience.
I have had a few sessions with Kris now and there are a couple of patterns clearly emerging in my personality that are stopping me from achieving what I have agreed to. By giving him examples of events or situations that didn’t go as well as I had hoped, he was able to help me break it down to see what traits are consistently showing up and sabotaging the success I am striving for. I am now having better conversations with business partners to truly establish goals, commitments and boundaries to ensure that we are all very clear from the outset of any and every project. I am already seeing results as this ensures that goals are more measurable and that work–life balance is respected.
Kris is a great coach — he has a very relaxed and open approach which makes me feel like I can just talk to him freely. He doesn’t put anything on to me, he just asks the correct questions to bring things out of me that need to come out. It has then come from me, which gives it much more meaning. He is clearly passionate about helping people.
I hired Kris to coach me on a relationship issue and it was great. Kris helped me see things from a different perspective, challenged some of my beliefs and gave me tools on how to improve my relationship. After being coached by Kris I had a better understanding of my partner, felt more empathetic, had more compassion and felt confident in trying the tools Kris gave me.
Thank you so much Kris for your mentorship and guidance. The coaching I received from you has really helped me find a purpose that aligns with who I am as a person. Thank you for spending so much time trying to work out what was best for me. I really appreciate it.
Kris doesn’t hand you answers. He creates the conditions for you to find your own — which is what makes the insights stick. As Richard put it: “it has come from me, which gives it much more meaning.”
Across every testimonial, the same feeling comes through: safety. Clients feel they can speak freely, without judgement or pressure. That’s not an accident — it’s the environment Kris deliberately builds in every session.
The coaching isn’t abstract — it translates into real, visible change. Wendy noticed better conversations with business partners. Marcus felt equipped with practical tools. Richard found a purpose aligned with who he truly is.
Both stories are shared anonymously, with the client’s permission. The details are real.
He was a businessman working with three different partners across separate ventures. On paper it looked productive — but internally, none of it felt right. The relationships were draining, the direction unclear, and yet the thought of stepping away and building something entirely his own was terrifying. He felt paralysed between two versions of his future, and stuck in a present that wasn’t working.
Working with Kris, he began to untangle what he actually wanted from what he had simply accepted. The vision work helped him get clear on what his own path looked like — separate from the noise of other people’s expectations and his own fears. Session by session, the clarity grew.
He ended two of the three partnerships entirely. He restructured the remaining relationship on his own terms — in a way that actually worked for him. And alongside all of this, he began dedicating real focus to building his own company for the first time. Not because he had to. Because he finally knew he could.
She felt overwhelmed and without direction — caught between a business partnership that didn’t feel aligned and a deep, persistent doubt in her own ability to stand independently. The result was a kind of paralysis: she couldn’t fully commit to the partnership, but she didn’t trust herself enough to leave it either. She was stuck in the middle, waiting for clarity that wasn’t coming on its own.
Through coaching, she began to identify what was driving the doubt — not just the circumstances, but the deeper beliefs about herself that were keeping her small. Kris worked with her to build a vision rooted in her own values and strengths, not what she thought others expected of her.
She found her direction. Not a direction someone else handed her — one she arrived at herself, which made all the difference. With it came something more significant: the courage to back herself. She stopped waiting for permission to step into her own strength and started acting from it.
Kris delivered this keynote at a property industry event where he both hosted and presented — speaking to an audience of investors and entrepreneurs about why vision isn’t just motivational language, but the single most important decision a person or business can make.
The talk centred on a simple but powerful idea: that before strategy, before execution, before any of the work — you have to know which wall your ladder is leaning against. Get that wrong, and every step upward takes you further from where you need to be.
“We spend so much energy climbing the ladder of success. But the only question that matters first is: is our ladder leaning on the right wall? Because if it’s not, we’ve wasted everything.”
